Researchers Backgrounds

Recruited from either corporate recruitment departments or recruitment agencies, all OS2i researchers hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree with the majority holding Master degrees typically in HR and Personnel Management. Following a rigid selection process, those recruited become Trainee Researchers and go through an internal three-month training program.

Training

Over the last two years OS2i has developed an in-house training program that combines many practical and theoretical elements of international Internet recruitment. Combining classroom training with one-on-one mentoring, Trainee Researchers generally graduate to Researchers after three months.
