Masood Sayed, Director - Business Operations, the second employee to join OS2i in 2003, soon worked his way up to the Director - Business operations position he currently holds.

Masood has continuously contributed in building OS2i from a 5-man show to a company of 200+ employees. As Director - Business operations, he is responsible for blueprinting and mapping future trends within recruitment technology, recruitment tools, process integration and best practice. His expertise lies in online recruitment technology, deep web research, training and process re-engineering.

He is the pioneer for Research and development department at OS2i which is a technology division dedicated to identify upcoming trends and incorporating them into business.

Having received his post-graduate diploma in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Masood also has a Master's in Labour Law and Industrial Psychology.
