In this course, students will learn internet sourcing, screening, and analysis techniques. Admission Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any stream. Proficiency in English.

Online Candidate Sourcing
This module covers the breadth of candidate generation using the internet. From using Job Board/CV databases, Google, advanced search engine usage techniques, filetype searches to searching blogs, and other business networking sites.

Advert Posting
When you write a Job Advert, are you thinking like a candidate? This module teaches you how to write a Job Advert copy and manipulate keywords to attract candidates who could otherwise be heading towards your competition.

Networking
How to get the best out of social networking sites like LinkenIn, MySpace, and FaceBook. This module includes "never seen before" searching techniques and cheats to locate "hard to find" candidates. Additionally we will teach you how to write compelling emails and letters to engage cold candidates located on these sites, to convert them into hot prospects.

Communication
Improve your communication levels and stand out from the crowd. Apply world-class communication techniques in everything from your emails, letters, job adverts to blog posts.

Tool and Techniques
Learn WHAT and WHERE to use, to find the latest and most effective internet resources to locate candidates you have only dreamed about. By using our search techniques, turn your internet searching skills into a science.

Credentials awarded upon completion

All certified recruiters will have to complete classroom & self-paced study and will have to pass a written exam. After the successful completion of the training program, trainees will be awarded with the Internet Recruitment Training Certification, based on the module they attend.
