Vijay Purohit, currently working as Managing Director, joined OS2i in February 2004. He was responsible for building and leading a post-sales department which significantly enhanced OS2i’s client interaction standards.

As Managing Director, Vijay is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and enhanced customer service through consistent, timely and effective delivery. He supervises the process implementation and provides guidance to the service delivery team for all new clients until satisfactory levels of service are achieved and the client’s expectations are aligned to the service offerings of OS2i.

Vijay has extensive knowledge about process engineering and quality assurance. He was associated with implementation of ISO 9001 and many other quality standards.

Vijay has a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Karnataka University. He is also a certified ISO 9000 – Internal Quality Auditor and holds a certification in software testing tools.
