Sharath Kumar, in a dual role as both a Client Services and Onshore - Success Manager is currently based at the OS2i Head Quarters in Brighton, UK. He came to OS2i with considerable experience managing large teams within the Event Management and Manpower Sectors and has since progressed rapidly through the levels to his current responsibilities.

A strong driver when it comes to Service Delivery, he believes in growing & building self-sufficient and independent teams; teams that can think out of the box. Sharath has been directly responsible for set-up and deliverables with some of OS2i’s biggest accounts, generating rapport with clients enabling OS2i to anticipate their future needs and trends. He plays a key role in motivating teams to strive towards continual improvement in service delivery.

Sharath studied at Bangalore University (marketing) and completed his post-graduate studies in human resources from TASMAC (University of Wales).
