Yusuf has a methodical understanding of all facets of Recruitment Process Outsourcing and always emphasizes on the importance of timely and accurate service delivery to the clients. His main objective is to assist the ‘continuous improvement’ process through on-going client engagement and strive to raise the service levels always. He is responsible for meeting client’s expectations through effective implementation of processes, adherence to quality standards, SLAs, and desired delivery of output to clients.

Yusuf has played an important role in designing effective systems to monitor the performance matrix and well established resource allocation system for OS2i.
