Purpose of the role Trainee E-Recruitment Specialist
To ensure maximum learning from training imparted on sourcing skills, to undertake responsibility for self development and to perform searches under the guidance of the mentor so as to qualify to researcher level within OS2i .
Key Responsibilities
Attend initial training imparted on searching and sourcing skills and ensure maximum learning from the same.
Utilize knowledge gained from training to conduct ‘searches' under the guidance of the mentor.
Work under the guidance of the mentor for skill development and conduct searches on requirements received from the mentor's client.
Develop CV/resume sourcing skills so as to become a ‘billable researcher' in the shortest possible time.
Undertake responsibility for self development of own technical and professional skills and ensure growth within OS2i capabilities.
Work with members of the team to accomplish “vacancy lead generation” assignments and “head hunt” projects.
Perform ‘searches' as directed by mentor and also other sourcing activities as required.
Report search findings to the mentor and alter search under the guidance of the mentor for better results.
Write adverts for requirements of mentor's clients and various researchers within the team.
Actively participate in team events and learning activities.
Effectively communicate during ‘monthly performance review' the knowledge gained from the mentor and areas where additional training is required. Analyse the mentor's effectiveness in imparting training and bring to surface any difficulty faced in the learning process.
Perform any sourcing/ researching tasks assigned in order to facilitate project completion by members of the team.
Personal Specification
Previous Experience
• A Masters qualification in related field i.e. HR, IT. OR
• Recruitment or other industry related experience.
Qualifications
• Degree caliber (in case of prior experience in related field) OR
• Masters qualification
Purpose of the role E-Recruitment Specialist
To manage ones client to the optimum level, and be responsible for the service delivery to and retention of the client.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse and interpret client requirements in order to undertake appropriate searches to meet client expectations.
Conduct searches on the requirements received from client and accomplish optimum and timely delivery of the results.
Report and keep the client updated at all times with information and progress on searches undertaken.
Communicate with the client regularly and ensure effective information sharing and perfect ‘client communication'.
Take personal responsibility to develop the client as an OS2i customer and account manage the client so as to perform all activities that may be required for the same.
Undertake ad – hoc searches (active/ passive) when required.
Perform tasks required to achieve team targets. Be available to undertake sourcing activities as found appropriate by team leader and team members.
Assist team members in completion of projects.
Monitor trainee performance when required and provide the necessary guidance to enhance trainee's performance.
Share information and specialist knowledge which will assist in OS2i sourcing activities with team members and colleagues within OS2i.
Report to team leader, at once, any concerns or problems faced in ensuring effective service delivery to clients.
Identify and develop a ‘specialist domain' for self with respect to the sourcing activities undertaken at OS2i.
Support recruitment activities within OS2i, and thus be available to interview prospective employees of OS2i.
Attend weekly training sessions in order to ensure skill development and enhance performance during sourcing activities.
Participate in team activities, put forth ideas for process improvement, and show active involvement in all activities that encourage learning and team development.
Take personal responsibility for development of own technical, professional and behavioral skills to enhance development and career progression within OS2i's capabilities.
