Mansi Deo, currently working as Manager - Human Resources, joined OS2i in February 2006. She is responsible for leading the HR department which includes the recruitment portfolio too.

As Manager - Human Resources, Mansi is responsible for ensuring employee satisfaction and maintaining a happy and healthy culture in OS2i. Her 7 years of experience includes senior level human resource leadership roles with international, private, profit and non-profit service organizations.

Mansi has extensive knowledge about the human resource facet. Graduating from Pune University, Mansi has obtained a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and a Masters degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources.

Her key areas of expertise include strategic planning and organizational design, as well as analysis and policy development. Her ability to flex around constantly changing priorities is wonderful!
